In the wake of the death of Michael Brown and the death of Trayvon Martin, I'm asking our Congress to put in place tough laws (automatic jail time) for anyone discharging a firearm against our youth, age 21 and under.
The bible states it is better a millstone be tied around the neck of one who harms a child --- such a law should be an international law, as we have recently witnessed Jewish youth and Palestinian youth singled out.
I believe this law will help deter many acts of plain out stupidness.
