The existing congress has made the repeal of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 a top priority since it was enacted. The new administration claims to have a better plan, but until it is enacted there are a large number of sick who rely on aid from the Affordable Care Act. If the new plan is better, then that is great but don't let congress repeal the old system until they have a new one in place.
