Recently OPM has issued possible wage downgrades for some of the lowest paid service lines in the U.S Department of Veterans Affairs. Theses service lines also tend to employ the greatest number of veterans and disabled veterans. Help all of these employees keep their current pay grades and look at possible grade increases within the service lines. The lack of COLA raises have already hurt many low paid employees, another decrease would push some below the poverty line.
