protect people from being cohearsed by petions or other means to keep people from exercising there constitional rights.

It seems that there are those out there that think that by makeing a petion to silence those whom may feel that cecedeing from the US is a better option.Seems so unconstitutional and illogical.So for those of you that believe that we still have the constitutional right to bring our greivensess to the government.And that the constitution affords us the right to say the current system is broke.And we want to start over.it doesn't say evict citizens that don't agree.For each citizen is afforded the right of free speach thereof.
