protect people by enforcing a statute for sex offenders to have a sign in their yard.

Created by H.P. on September 15, 2014

We the people do not believe it is in the best interest of our country to allow the invisibility of sex offenders in our country. Sex offenders are no longer forced to put signs in their yard due to "civil rights." They are instead given light penalties, released to victimize again, and the innocent people of America have no indication.

We need an alert system, on a federal level, allowing neighborhoods to have a warning when a sex offender will be moving into their neighborhoods, and we need signs placed in the yards of the offenders so the neighborhood knows where they are and that they exist.

Without these safeguards, their civil rights continue while law abiding citizens' civil rights and lives are forfeited.
