We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Protect Personally Identifiable Information on Those Who Have Signed Petitions in Opposition to Trump Policies

Created by C.S. on January 01, 2017

Over the past few years, several petitions have gone through the WhiteHouse.gov site which focus on topics that will be deemed oppositional to the incoming Trump Administration (e.g., climate change, women's rights, Russian election interference). The site states that the personally identifiable information (e.g., names, emails and IP addresses) of signatories on these petitions are stored in the site's database. Americans have reason to fear tracking and retribution from the Trump Administration against those who do not agree with them. We ask that President Obama and the WhiteHouse.gov site, permanently purge this personally identifiable information before January 19, 2017 to protect those who have enjoyed exercising their first amendment rights under current leadership.
