protect Piers Morgan's 1st Amendment right to free speech and not to bow to the reactionary rantings of gun nuts.

There are those who have called for the deportation of Piers Morgan because he has asked legitimate questions about some American's views that place the right to own a firearm over another person's right to life. If the White House listens to these individuals over and above Mr Morgan's right to free expression under the 1st Amendment then it will demonstrate that America is not a country where an individuals freedoms are sacrosanct but a country where money and political power hold sway over the masses.
