Protection of all U.S. Citizens and Residents with the same rights as stated under the 1st and 2nd Amendments.
The First Amendment: freedom of speech, of the press, and of assembly; right to petition;
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The Second Amendment: Right to keep and bear arms.
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
You can not hide behind the Second Amendment if you don't allow for the same liberties that are in all the Amendments.
