Protect potential employees from discrimination based on their credit score or report except in finance position.

Congress should protect Americans who have suffered financial hardships through the latest recession by making it illegal for future/potential employers from discriminating against them based on their credit score or report. No access should be given to these reports unless employee is seeking employment in a highly sensitive/financial position. Many people are not being considered for positions that they may be highly qualified for based on their credit history. The jobs issue could be improved greatly by making this ongoing discrimination illegal.
