We the People of the United States of America petition the Obama Administration to permanently protect our right to Private Property by abolishing Imminent (Public) Domain over private land. As guaranteed in our Constitution we have the right to Private Property, which is too often violated by the Government taking our land for their use. In order to fulfill the Constitution we must protect Private Property permanently and indefinitely.
