PROTECT RENTERS ECONOMIC RIGHTS! EITHER STOP PASSING THE EXPENSE OF THE PROPERTY OWNER TO THE RENTER!

This new problem that began after the 2008 Economic Crash. The issue is as described below:
In the U.S. it has always been acceptable business practice for the renter to pay rent as requested but for the property owner that is renting out his property to bear the expense of water, garbage, Insurance, Maintenance, ect; all expenses with the structural maintenance of the property he owns and RECEIVES TAX DEDUCTIONS FOR!
The RENTER IS NOT ALLOWED TAX DEDUCTIONS FOR ANY OF THIS EITHER ON THE STATE LEVEL OR THE FEDERAL LEVEL!
Many are requiring the renter to pay for renters insurance and make the property owner the sole beneficiary! Why should the landlord make you pay for insurance on your belongings and take all the policy money in the event of loss? This is theft!!! STOP PREDATORY RENTALS!
