It be law that in a case of an unwanted pregnancy by men an opportunity after the first year of life is given to relinquish all rights and responsibility to said child. This can only be done twice before they are required by law to be responsible for all children proven fathered by them. If a later relationship is established with the child than all rights are renewed and arrearages of a maximum of two years are assessed. Require all applicants for local aid to impoverished parents continue full time employment for receipt of any local benefits.By enacting this into federal law it will minimize the tendency toward unwanted pregnancy and further protect the U.S. economy against the use of child rearing as a burden to local and or federal funds.
