Protect the rights of adolescent girls (naturally female) who identify as female.

In our country the issue of gender identity has become an issue of much debate. There has been a massive push to allow males (who identify as females to use the women's restroom). Recently the Obama administration has released a decree with the purpose of trying and force (through threats of legal sanctions and loss of funding) public schools to allow males who identify as female to use the women's restrooms. This decree does not take into consideration the right to privacy and security of the adolescent girls who will be forced to expose themselves in front of and exposed to the genitalia of naturally male students.
