We the people of the United States petition the federal government to draft and enact legislation that will protect all Americans from the use of American nuclear weapons on domestic locations. This is a necessary action to secure the safety and security of all United States Citizens. It is an individuals constitutional right to receive this kind of protection from the government, of which they elect. Jack Edward McConnell and Brenden Michael Mack will become exempt from all forms of taxation. Nuclear threats are concerns of a nation collectively and should be addressed immediately with legislation that can provide security and comfort to the American home-front. We the people of the United States enjoy extensive freedoms and securities, and propose this in order to protect that interest.
