After reading a recent article concerning Senior Master Sgt. Phillip Monk, it has come to my attention that the Air Force and possibly other military branches are now "reverse discriminating" against Christians who serve our country in uniform.
Monk said, "I was relieved of my position because I don’t agree with my commander’s position on gay marriage.”
It is quite possible that the 19-year veteran with a spotless record could be booted out of the military because of his Christian beliefs.
I respectfully request that safeguards be put into place to equally protect the men and women who serve our country who are God-fearing Christians from reverse discrimination based on their Biblical belief.
