Protect the rights and liberties of United States Citizens by ending un-Constitutional procedures performed by the TSA

Created by J.M. on November 21, 2012

The current practices of the Transportation Safety Administration represent a gross and offensive violation of fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States of America.

Such practices are in fundamental conflict with the Fourth and Fifth Amendments, giving authority to unelected officials to perform unlawful searches on United States citizens and to seize their property, thus depriving them of life, liberty, and property, without due process.

In short, the current practices of the TSA circumvent the sovereign rights of the people of the United States.

For these reasons, the signers of the petition ask that the TSA be required to cease such practices, or any others that deprive the citizens of this country of their Constitutional and Civil Rights.
