protect the rights and revenues of the working taxpayers by reducing the welfare burden in the United States.

Create legislation the requires a welfare to work system and legislation that reduces the amount of children individuals on welfare are allowed to have. Individuals should be taught about planned pregnancy and should not have children outside of their financial means anymore than should they buy a house or car outside of their financial means. Also can we not create a welfare to work system in which individuals that are able bodied must perform services to gather their welfare. The counties could employ the individuals to perform small but meaningful tasks that eat up county budget and pay them with their welfare checks they receive anyways to free the county money for things like education, police and fire department use.
