protect the rights of children whom have parents who live in different homes in different states.

Created by C.B. on February 14, 2013

To create a bill to submit to congress to protect children of separated or divorced parents. While it is important for states to create their own family law, what is entered into a family court order in one state should be equally enforced in another state natively.
If a Custodial parent refuses the non-custodial parent the right to have contact with their children,it should be a simple process to have the actions enforced across state lines.
It should be considered kidnapping if a custodial parent takes their children out of state to avoid a custodial exchange. Nationally parenting time should be tied to child support to prevent a rogue custodial parent.
A simple system that provides basic Medical information, and access to school records should be created, to aid Non-custodial parents.
