Protect the Rights of Injuried Workers and their Families from WorkersComp fraud within the System

In the workerscomp system the rules that are established by the senators and signed by the govenor are not followed so the injuried worker has no rights or protection in the workerscomp appeals board or in the court of appeals. the attorneys are not protecting the injuried workers rights their just keeping the applicant in the dark, the families of injuried workers usually suffer as well especially the single mother who works to not raise their children on AFDC has it double harder because there is no assistance at all, the goverment programs ignore them and the workerscomp judges/attorney and defense attorneys are bias toward the injuried and are legally getting away with fraud and discrimmination.
