Created by C.R. on October 02, 2011

The federal firearms transaction record form now has a question (11e) that asks about Marijuana use, including medical use. Answering yes to this question disqualifies the purchaser preventing them from purchasing the firearm. This is a violation of the second amendment and is unfair discrimination. This question should be removed from the form or should not disqualify purchaser. although legal alcohol use affects judgement and has very limited medical use recreational alcohol users are aloud to purchase firearms legally. The same policy should be used in cases of medical and recreational Marijuana users.
