Due to many states being "At will" states big corporations get away with treating their employees any way they please no matter how poorly it might be. This petition is for helping all the hard working American citizens and giving them some protection from corporate bullies and being fired for whatever reason the company wants to make up. The American workers need some protection from being mistreated by the company they work for. It's time put to an end companies especially big corporations such as "Wal-Mart" being able to get away with whatever they want just because of their high priced, high power lawyers and for the government to stand behind American workers and say "You cannot treat employees like this."
