protect the rights,safety,health,well-being of law abiding citizens from the danger of the stigma put on mental illness

fallowing the aftermath of the shady hook shooting most of the american's suffering from a mental illness are now being feared and harassed by the public and for having any illness no mater how small they are being made to feel like there not the same law abiding citizen's they have been through there whole illness not all mental illnesses cause people to become dangerous some live normal live's never hurting anyone but still need treatment with this stigma some may not want to admit they have an illness or need help for the fear of being attacked by a person who now blames them for a crime they did not commit the people need to know they will still be safe and not prejudged by the actions of the criminals no one should have to fear for there safety & people need to pay for there crimes
