the threat to America today is Terrorism. Foreign and domestic terrorists, and to unarm America is to remove our ability to fight back. Although the tragic shootings that have occurred in recent past have involved guns, it was not the guns the perpetrated the crime. The outlawing of all guns in the USA would not have prevented these shootings. In Britian where guns have been all but outlawed the criminal element has free run to terrorize the citizens who are law abiding. an article claimed "The most violent country in Europe: Britain is also worse than South Africa and U.S. " Please let us protect ourselves.
