protect small business owners by introducing measures to regulate commercial rent rates across the United States.

Created by M.L. on November 12, 2012

The federal government needs to introduce temporary measures to regulate commercial rent rates across the United States of America.

Many small businesses are severely affected by having to pay rapidly increasing rents, leading to higher profits for property owners and forcing many small businesses to close.

These measures need to be introduced either from within the Local, State, or Federal levels.

Small businesses need increased support from the government during these times of economic uncertainty.
