Allowing farmers to plant and harvest seed without the worry of being sued, and to allow small livestock farms to continue without the threat of being shut down by the FDA. Wording that prohibits a shutdown without scientific data to prove reasoning for shutdown. and a review board to judge the merits of a lawsuit against small farms. review board must have no ties or affiliations with either the complainant or defendant.
