Ask President Obama to protect Social Security by removing the income cap on the Social Security and Medicare Tax so that the top 1 % of earners pay the same tax as the majority of Americans pay. By Giving the top 1 % a tax break that regukar americans don't receive, we have jepordized the whole system. During President's Obama's fisrt campaign, he suggest this fix during a debate. It's not talked about now because some many of the rich like thier "privaleged status. Economist still agree that this one change would insure that benefits for Social Security would be full funded without the need to change retirement age or COLA's. It's time to help main street and stop the wall street welfare.
