Mr. President:
As you know, the seriousness of nuclear threat by North Korea has been increasing for two decades.
Recently, the North Koreans tested the nuclear bomb (H-bomb) and launched ICBM towards the United States. Consequently, U.S. government attempted to install the THAAD Missile System in South Korea.
However, the North Korean capability to implement the bomb can endanger the lives and safety of the South Korean people at this very moment.
We, as South Korean people, want to implement our own nuclear program without U.S. and international involvement.
