Protect species under attack from poachers globally (elephants, rhinos, and tigers) slaughtered. Take decisive action.

The slaughter of elephants, rhinos, and tigers has escalated in the last five years. Often poachers kill these animals to take their tusks, horns, and body parts for ivory and/or believed medicinal properties. Often their offspring are left to die from neglect. These large mammals have a difficult time maintaining populations in the wild as it is, but with this negative selection pressure- will these majestic mammals be pushed to extinction? The United States is a global power and I propose that our government make this issue a priority before it is too late. Many of us do not choose to live in a world without elephants, rhinos, and tigers.
