Don't bail out the shareholders of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The shareholders buy into a company at their own risk. Its not fair to the taxpayers to have tax money pay for their bad investment decisions. Shareholders have the power to force bad management out of the company they own. If they chose not to call management to account b/c they were greedy when the market was moving in their favor they should not get a bailout when the market moves against them.
