Our family have lived the most deceptive and devastating experience with the US Civil Courts.
Law professionals played with our rights and abused of our lack of legal knowledge. We were victims of a malicious prosecution. We were sued for eviction but we DO paid our rent, for trying to assert our tenant rights, b/c our apart. was infested with mold,. We retained an attorney and paid him $1,500, but he left us alone and he refused returning our money back.
There were a lot of legal irregularities with wrongful application of laws and state statutes. FLSC dismissed our case for lack of jurisdiction and USSC denied our petition because it was “one day late”
28 U.S. Code § 2101 (c) states “A Justice, for good cause, may extend that time – MERITS ON THE CASE HAVE MORE VALUE THAN TECHNICISMS.
