Protect those 18 years and younger from age discrimination. Discrimination protection should not have an age limit.

Created by S.R. on May 02, 2013

Every day in the United States, America's youth are discriminated against because of their age. The very laws that protect against age discrimination, single out those under the age of 18, to be exempt from these protections. The law itself discriminates based on age.

"NO CHILDREN, NO DOGS"

Consider this real life hotel policy above. No children, no dogs, its smacks of the racist slogans once barring black Americans from public accommodations throughout our nation. The discrimination does not end with lodging; you can find it on all levels of public accommodation. The lack of Federal protection against age discrimination leaves the nation's children and their families defenseless. We call on President Obama to abolish the age limit on Federal age discrimination protection.
