protect U.S. banks against the cyber attacks which are being carried out because of a film's release on YouTube

Dear Mr. President,
In recent months, use of online banking has become a nightmare!
According to the U.S. main stream media, "Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Cyber Fighters" is responsible for attacking on American banks sites, due to the release of a so-called anti-Islam film, "Innocence of Muslims", on YouTube. The group blames U.S. government for supporting the film makers. They emphasize that only way to stop the attacks is removal of the film.
Regardless of religious orientations, it's not fair that U.S. banks and their customers suffer great losses only for a film!
Mr. President, we ask you to address banks customers’ anxiety and think of a solution before the people get their money out of banks because of the insecurity.
