According the a recent Chicago Tribune report, (http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/local/breaking/ct-citizens-detained-i...) too many U.S. citizens are being arrested, detained and even deported by I.C.E., without benefit of due process available to U.S. citizens arrested by other law enforcement personnel. This petition calls upon the White House to investigate and recommend changes to I.C.E. laws and procedures to better protect U.S. citizens.
