Protect US Citizens' jobs while negotiating on immigration reform.

Created by V.P. on November 13, 2012

Unemployment has doggedly remained unacceptably high. As the government works on immigration reform, the people who are already US citizens and/or legal US residents need for the government to remember them in the process. Therefore we ask that:

1. The government pass a national Mandatory E-Verify bill that applies to all employers, employees, and new-hires, with cost-prohibitive fines for any employer caught working illegal residents.

2. The government adopt a top-down regulation that prohibits anyone from receiving welfare, food stamps, or Medicaid benefits without first proving either legal US residency or full US citizenship.

3. No amnesty be granted to anyone who violated immigration law to enter this country, or their children.
