Protect us from the wealthy by enacting draconian economic reforms that include wealth caps and re-distribution.

This petition urges congress to pass a bill that will help effectively end poverty in the U.S.
The bill will have the following provisions:
Individuals can only make a maximum of 1.25 million per year.
No one may own more than 2 properties.
American companies overseas must pay foriegn workers the same as American workers or be shut down.
American companes overseas must pay 15% of their total profits toward U.S.national debt.
Assembly of a specialized group of watch dogs that constantly seek out and close loopholes.
American citizens may have no more than $10k in any overseas bank(eq:Caymens,Switzerland.)
Individuals caught hiding money,or trying to shelter resources will have their assets liqidated and placed into a fund for building adequate housing for the poorest Americans.
