The foundations of America exist on the Pillars of the recognition of a supreme being, our laws and our established culture and morals have developed on the understanding that God has endowed man with inalienable rights. Without God man has no rights as established in our constitution and judicial system, further more the removal of God from our administrative language would remove mercy, kindness and charity from America characteristics which are not required without the belief in a God. In Obama's election speech he made it clear that he gives thanks to God, this type of speech needs to be protected for all Americans.
