Adhere to the promises made regarding beneficial disability, medical and retirement benefits, once established whether on an individual or group basis. Each peson/family goes on the premises that when they are awarded certain benefits that they will remain as promised, and plan their lives accordingly. Stop letting Congress change these benefits that have been promised especially when there is a party change. When an enlisted man or a veteran is promised certain beneficial benefits they should not be changed for the lifetime of that enlistee or veteran.
