The video game industry is a valid form of art and entertainment and should be treated as such.
There has not been a time in this country's history that video games have been treated with the respect and admiration that other expressive forms of art such as music and movies have been given.
The video game industry should be given the same rights as all forms of expressive art and be protected under the constitution like anything else.
Too many people both political and private are attacking this industry and wasting time in courtrooms all across the country with baseless accusations that should all be dismissed before they ever reach the docket based on basic civil liberties given to us by the constitituion.
