Any change to election: law/regulation/directive/executive order/voter rolls/polling places/polling times/ID requirements/early voting procedures/absentee ballots/provisional ballots/election day procedures/ and any other devise that results in preventing American voters from voting; must be made public by January 1st of the election year.

Anyone who attempts to intimidate voters; mislead voters in any way, whether intentionally or unintentionally; or making an attempt to insert themselves between a person's ballot and the proper authorities will serve a mandatory 10 year prison sentence, Plea agreements will be forbidden.
