Across our country water rights are being bought up, and often by multinational corporations. Water is our commonwealth and without it there is no life. Aquifers supply water under state lines. Aquifers belong to the earth's crust and not to greedy corporations. Protect our aquifers as our commonwealth. This is a national problem.
