protect the women of Houston, Texas.

Women and children should have he right to privacy without concern for their safety. Allowing individuals who were born as men to violate that right while women and children are in very vulnerable and private moments is unconscionable. Mr. President, please block the City of Houston and the County of Harris, Texas, from instituting any law, decree, rule, or exception that would allow any individual who was born as a male from entering a women's restroom other than within the course of their jobs or in cases of clear and present danger.
