Please provide a federal law or regulation to force all facilities that provide medical care, health care and long term living care to provide all females in such care the choice of having only other women provide care or assistance for them when intimate contact is needed or required.
Intimate contact as defined by any care or assistance that requires female patients to be in any state of undress or physically vulnerable situation or position.
Please help stop the sexual abuse of women and girls in the heath care system and long term living care system by giving them a choice of who is allowed to touch them.
