Protect worker mobility by eliminating noncompete agreements.

Created by K.J. on February 12, 2014

Noncompete agreements unreasonably restrict highly skilled workers from finding positions in their industry of expertise. By reducing employee mobility, companies can offer less competitive wages, start-up companies lose opportunities, and employees are prevented from freely moving to occupations of their choosing.
