protected citizens act

with all the violence in the streets by police. its time that the people of this nation to have protection
we the people ask the government to pass this petition
we are asking to put a cross the board time of 10yrs in jail for cops who kill citizens with proof against them .in other words if the cop is seen with a camera or many by standers he will have to face 10yrs flat time in jail why 10?
because we understand that police do risk there lives everyday but they also have to do the time if there's a death
only in self defense for his life can he not do time
if doctors spend half of there life in schools and by accident kill somebody they are always hit with time in jail yet police and law enforcement are not. so with that being said we need to make a stand before its too late
