Protect my rights and restore my confidence when I go to work. I work for a company and in my State it is a employment at will state. Can we get rid of Employment at will or put guidelines on it so you cant be fired for speaking up using Freedom of Speech or Freedom in General. I can seriously be fired for anything because my state is Employment at will State. My boss has told me before about Employment at will. They rub it in at my work. So all i ask Mr. President is will you get rid of Employment at will or guideline it. Always hearing we can fire you for no cause is annoying. Thanks Mr. President Obama.
