To establish a Zero-Tolerance policy within the United States of child sexual predators.
That all child sexual predators, once found guilty in a court of law, beyond a shadow of a doubt, will recieve the Death Penalty within a reasonable and prudent period of time.
It is time these individuals and groups be removed from society as they cannot be 'rehabilitated" and that this behavior will not be tolerated.
The children of the United States need this guarantee of protection from this type of predator.
