This Act would permanently preclude the 2nd Amendnent from any infringements placed upon it by an uninformed populace making decisions based solely out of irrational and ignorant fear. Weapons ban's are both ineffective in thier goals and Unconstitutional all together.
The 2nd amendment, protects all other human rights. We call upon congress to strike down any proposal that infringes our 2nd, and by extension 1st and 4th amendment rights; AS IS THEIR DUTY to WE THE PEOPLE.
Included in this proposal is the repeal of any "Hate speech" laws as those are directly unconventional. A human is entitled to their opinions and beliefs regardless of others, even more so when they are an American Citizen.
