For protection of one's self from being video and or audio recorded why in their place of residence or property.

This would disallow and outlaw the recording of video or audio from occurring without written consent. this will disallow anyone from being recorded while on their property residence not limited to property that would be considered within public view. For example you neighbor cannot film you child playing in your yard without written approval from the owner of the residence.
