Prove to the American people that assault weapons and high capacity clips cause or contribute to more gun violence

This petition is to written to help us understand why the second amendment is being attacked, and to insure that those in favor of a ban can show that such a ban would make any difference. Also to bring attention to the real problem of gun violence.
