The democrats in particular are fond of intimating that immigration reform is about any number of things, but not about votes and power. Prove it.
Publicly add this provision to any proposed reform bill(s):
"All undocumented residents applying for consideration for citizenship will be excluded from the election process from the time of their application until completion of citizenship requirements, plus a period of 2 years in local elections, a period of 6 years in state elections, and a period of 10 years in national elections."
If it's about human dignity for the people, and not about power for the party, prove it.
